Dr. Demah S. Payne III, LCMHC

My name is Dr. Demah S. Payne III. As a counselor with 10+ years of experience in school, crisis, college, and community settings. I integrate CBT, narrative therapy, and a strengths-based lens in a warm, collaborative space where you’ll feel supported, understood, and empowered to overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma with clarity and confidence.

I blend CBT to challenge unhelpful thoughts, person-centered therapy to create a safe, validating space, and narrative therapy to help clients rewrite the stories shaped by anxiety, depression, and trauma empowering you to reclaim control, feel supported, understood, and to step fully into your life.

I look forward to assisting you to Step Into Your Greatness and achieve your counseling goals.
