Dr. Demah S. Payne III, LCMHC

My counseling experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have had the pleasure to work as a school counselor, crisis counselor, college counselor, and community counselor.

Each session is a safe space for clients to address any of their mental health concerns.  I utilize a person centered approach, narrative therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and a strengths based approach when working with clients.  I believe that each client has the ability to advance and grow.  In counseling, we explore how clients beliefs, thoughts. feelings, and actions are all correlated into mental health development.  I am empathetic and display a sense of genuineness with each client.

I look forward to assisting you to Step Into Your Greatness and achieve your counseling goals.
